How do you achieve that tiny flashing throughout the video? Looks like you can animate effects?

Looks like you can animate effects? I placed a little white colored layer on top of the clips every time there was a "bump" sound in the song. Go to "Media Generators" and choose the white color from "Solid Color" and place it on top of your clip in the timeline. Make the color layer short, so that it only appears for a very short time. |

Oh, that does the trick! Now some of the media generators are transparent.
I suppose I should learn masking...

I watched some videos on youtube about it but not exactly sure if that was the right one.
Some time will have to pass till I learn basics. I am still using the two editors, though.
And yes, I wouldn't mind making unusual stuff. ;D

LOL, Sidsel I wouldn't mind making it too, but first I need to get back my PC and try some new things out on my own, I don't think I use that many effects, at least not as many as you do, my vids are poor. :C  |

I watched some videos on youtube about it but not exactly sure if that was the right one. I watched this tutorial (link below) and afterwards just learned myself the skill of masking. It has all got to do with practicing, well that, and being creative and always having ideas. Without any ideas, you make nothing. Thank you Becky, you are always so kind  |
