For anyone who wants, please post your early work.

I watched some of mine the other day and I thought they were so funny compared to what I can do now. My subject has been ABBA, eh.

It is strange that I ignored transitions for quite a long time, don't know why.
The Visitors is qute a dark song and this is an unusual dark theme for the happy-go-lucky band like ABBA. To achieve certain animation, I made them myself with pictures. I used a lot of Paint to draw on pictures, and changed contrast etc.

I also used standstills from my favourite video game Tomb Raider.

I also made one for Madonna's Vogue but I can't upload it anywhere because of copyright. Also with my mini James Bond movie. I uploaded both to YT, but audio was disabled and no audio, no pleasure.

WOW, that is one VERY good first video! I wish my first videos looked like that!

I see you played with transitions quite a lot in the first one, and it is really a nice pace it has. I really don't know why I ignored transitions at the beginning. Guess was more into effects. ;D

The second attempt at masking is familiar to me too.

But this is not my first video, though! I'll try upload it to photobucket or youtube, hoping the sound won't be disabled or photobucket would reject the upload.

By the way, how can I set Vegas so that those white "paperlike" sfk files don't appear when I open the project?

My very first "fan videos" were actually with no transitions at all. They were just bad!

You've come such a long way Malene. It's hard to believe that back then, that you would turn out to be a brilliant editor, one that I tend to become jealous of countless times .)
