Good evening everyone,

After reading your nice introductions, I had to write one on my own. I am a 16 - almost 17 - year old girl, from that little country above Belgium: the Netherlands. That is why my English sucks.

When Desperate Housewives started, I was like 11 years old. My 3-year old sister used to watch DH, but when I got obsessed she kind of stopped watching it. So once in a while, I caught a few scenes from the show, always too busy to keep watching it.

Years later, I got a job and bought season one. It took me a week before I finished it, but I was lucky, Christmas was in a week so my parents bought my season two. Same story. I couldn't wait so I watched the other seasons on the Internet. Now I have season one, two, three, and four.

I actually started to watch ''with America,'' when the Netherlands had a DH-break just one week before the season five finale. I HAD to see what happened to Susan, Mike, MJ and Dive so I found out the existence of CuCirca.com.

When summer came, I had seen every episode like six times, so I started vidding. First with Windows Movie Maker, but we all now it has its limits. Then I downloaded Sony Vegas Pro [which won't start right now, AAAARGH]

So this is how my obsession for Desperate Housewives started! I also like watching Body Of Proof and Castle, but DH is my all time #1! My favorite character is Gabrielle Solis [Goddddd how I love Eva Longoria!!!] and my favorite couples are: Gaby and Carlos + Mike and Susan + Tom and Lynette + Bree and REX. Oh my God he died too early!

Have you tried downloading a new version of Sony Vegas?, that might fix the problem. There is a Sony Vegas 10 now. It would be such a shame if you could not take part in our first MEP

OMG! The same happened with me! Because I live in Denmark, I'm more or less 15 episodes behind America, so when I was at the end of season 5, I started watching the episodes online, because I too couldn't wait to see what happened, who Mike was marrying...and ever since, I've been watching with America, so I'm never behind, sometimes I'm a bit ahead by reading spoilers lol, but so far there isn't really any spoilers for season 8. I actually stop reading spoilers at the end of a season, it's something I really don't want to know, so almost everything I saw in the last episodes of season 7, was new to me, which was good ^^!

^ Well, the same story happened to me, but a year earlier, I've started watching every Sunday/Monday at the beginning of S5 -- 3 years has passed, wow.

Plus, IDK, but I recall I've got Vegas 10, but I'm not sure, I'll check it when my PC will start to function again, lol.

Thank heavens for it! I watched DH 7 there and all DH 6 while the season was still running here, and I finished watching the latest season of True Blood. ;D

Oh yes, she is a hottie and so relentless at times that it's simply irresistable. <3 She's my second fav housewife. ;D

He did, he did... My first choice would be Orson but Rex is a close second.

Nice to read about you and don't worry about English. I have lots of friends from the Netherlands and they all say their English sucks, but that is not really the case. Trust me, comes from a pro.

Yeah, I had 10.0c but then there was an update available for 10.0d and ever since I installed it it won't work, I re-installed 23057 times and cleaned registry and stuff but nothing works
